Orders and payment
An order is confirmed after it is accepted by Tawsil. Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery and digital payments where offered, are displayed at checkout. We may contact you to verify an order before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery coverage, charges, and estimated delivery dates depend on your address and are shown at checkout. Delivery timing may vary because of courier operations, weather, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about a replacement, delay, or cancellation.
